Extant's privacy policy is based upon the rules laid down by the Data Protection Register.

Extant meets or exceeds all the requirements laid down in law.

No information that might be used to identify an individual or organisation will be made available to any third party. Should we receive a request to be put into contact with an individual or organisation our standard procedure is to pass on that request to the individual or organisation who may then make contact or not as they see fit.

All information held by Extant is stored in a secure manner.
